new, black, made of plastic, with plastic rivets.
The splash guard is glued and fixed with small plastic rivets. It can be additionally glued with silicone sealant or mounted with small screws.
This fender extension for the lower fender is a very good protection for the engine and exhaust system against stone chips, dirt and splash water.
