new, black, plastic with mounting hardware and instructions.
The splash guard is glued and additionally also attached with small screws. It can also be additionally glued with silicone sealant.
This fender extension for the lower fender is a very good protection for the engine and exhaust system against stone chips, dirt and splash water.
