Collects magnetic components from the engine oil, transmission oil, cardan oil and thus serves as a very good indicator of wear or slows down the wear in which the metal abrasion is collected at the magnet.
For the following motorcycles:
All two-valve boxer engines engine oil / oil pan (drain) and transmission oil (filler).
BMW R 45 65 75 80 90 100 R RT G/S GS ST CS TIC…
Up to model series /7 additionally also for cardan / rear axle gearbox.
Can also be used as a gearbox filler plug on BMW R 850 1100 1150 GS GSA R RS RT and 1200C series.
Not suitable for current motorcycles of the K1200/1300 series or R1200 (from K2x) series etc.
